Locomotion is a ground-based movement training that allows you to gently load the different body joints and move in all three different planes (sagittal, frontal, and transverse) to get a physical and neurological response that improves strength, mobility, flexibility, stability, and is extremely complementary to any other sport or activity.

Locomotion training is all about training movements, not muscles. It mirrors how humans were meant to move, and helps to make us move even better… These 7 days will go through an in-depth analysis of the four fundamental locomotion moves and their basic transitions using the GMB Method.

You will learn how to apply this kind of training in order to build strength, flexibility, and control so your surf sessions can be more enjoyable and injury-free.

Ikaria Surf School in collaboration with Eleni Hadjisavva and John Karvelis will challenge you physically and mentally. Explore yourself with the elements of Acroyoga -yoga, acro and thai massage- and find your connection with the sea by riding the Aegean waves.

This camp is for all levels. For Acroyoga you can come by yourself, just bring your big smile and open heart.

Come and join us to a unique surf and yoga retreat with Lynn Roulo, that weaves together a bit of adventure, Kundalini Yoga, the Enneagram, surfing, healthy meals, community and relaxation.

All levels are welcome. you don’t need experience in yoga or surfing.

Six nights in your own private room/bathroom at a pension in Gialistari, Ikaria Island, Greece. These rooms are surf style—comfortable, basic and near the surf break.

Three surf sessions taught by instructors from the Ikaria Surf School.

Daily Kundalini Yoga classes led by me (KRI certified instructor Lynn Roulo). The yoga sets a based on my books Headstart for Happiness and The Nine Keys. Classes are appropriate for all physical levels from absolute beginners to experienced yogis.

Breakfast, a lunch-time snack and three group dinners are included.

Enneagram discussion for both beginners and those with a more advanced knowledge.

Optional group outings to see the island of Ikaria.

Transfers to/from the port/airport.

Free time to soak up the sun, relax, recharge, and explore.
